The Ultra-Lightweight 600mm Option
We believe in absolute transparency with our shops: the GYS G10 Arm (600 mm × 177 mm) is a highly specific, niche tool. It shares the exact same massive 600mm reach as our heavy-duty G5 arm, but it is engineered to be extremely lightweight. Because the GYSPOT balancers already neutralize the weight of heavier arms effortlessly, we strongly recommend the G5 arm for 90% of structural applications. However, to achieve its lightweight profile, the G10 intentionally trades off peak squeeze pressure (dropping to 400 daN). If you are doing extensive, non-structural welds on deep floor pans or rear panels and simply want the lightest 600mm arm available on the market, the G10 is your tool.

Structural Integrity & Replacement
Because the G10 trades heavy-duty mass for a lightweight profile, it is more susceptible to warping or deflection if a technician attempts to use it for maximum-pressure, heavy structural pulls. When utilized correctly for non-structural floor and panel work, it will last for years with standard maintenance to the cooling lines and caps. If the arm is over-stressed and begins to lose tip-to-tip alignment, a complete replacement is required to restore factory tolerances.
