Renew your TEXA software without the phone tree.
Every TEXA tool runs on an annual software subscription. When it comes due, you have two choices: chase it through a form on a corporate site, or order it here from the dealer that installed and trained you — same price, shipped to your tool the same way, with a human to call when the activation code doesn't take. Prices below are current store prices by environment. Members see their pricing on each product page.
How a renewal works
- Find your environment.Car, Truck, Off-Highway (ag and construction), Bike, Marine or Fleet — it's the software your tool shipped with.
- Order TEXPACK for that environment. That's the update subscription: new vehicle coverage, new functions, every IDC6 release for 12 months.
- Add TEXAINFO if you want wiring diagrams, service data and repair information inside the tool. It renews separately.
- Send us your tool's serial number at checkout or by email. TEXA activates the contract against the serial; we confirm when it's live.
A TEXA contract that lapses is renewed from the day it expired, not the day you pay — so a subscription that ran out in March and is renewed in November has already spent eight months of its year. Renew on time and the clock starts clean.

Why renew through CRTE
Renewals are also where we catch the things that cost shops money quietly: a tool still on IDC5, a Multihub that never took its firmware update, a Car licence on a shop that's been doing trucks for a year, a Konfort that's never had its database refreshed, an ADAS kit missing the targets for the cars it sees most. If something on your tool looks wrong, say so in the order notes and we'll check it before the contract is activated.
