Shipping and Delivery

We ship products using available parcel, freight, local delivery, and other shipping methods depending on the product, destination, weight, dimensions, order value, and delivery requirements.

Shipping charges, freight costs, liftgate service, residential delivery fees, inside delivery, appointment delivery, insurance, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other delivery-related costs may vary by product, destination, and order type.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier schedules, manufacturer availability, customs, weather, holidays, backorders, freight damage inspections, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery. Visible damage, missing items, or delivery concerns should be documented with the carrier and reported to Innovative Solutions CRTE, Inc. as soon as possible.

Returns, Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed, staged, shipped, special ordered, assembled, configured, or delivered.

Return eligibility depends on the product type, order status, condition, packaging, manufacturer restrictions, and whether the item was purchased as a standard stock item, special-order item, custom bundle, capital equipment package, open-box item, clearance item, or used/refurbished item.

Custom Bundles and Capital Equipment Return Policy

Custom-built equipment packages, bundled equipment packages, configured systems, capital equipment, and items assembled or prepared specifically for a customer order may not be eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange once the order is finalized.

This includes sales completed by inside sales staff, outside sales staff, service team members, distributor partners, or any representative of Innovative Solutions CRTE, Inc., whether delivered to your shop, demonstrated on site, shipped by freight, picked up locally, or included as part of a larger equipment package.

Support items, accessories, installation materials, consumables, adapters, cables, arms, clamps, software-related items, or related components included in a custom or capital equipment package may be covered under the same no-return policy.

Open Box Terms and Conditions

All standard Terms and Conditions outlined on this website apply to Open Box items. In addition, the following specific conditions apply to the sale of Open Box merchandise.

Definition of Open Box Items

Open Box items may be fully or partially assembled but have not been previously sold as new to an end user. These units may have been displayed in our showroom, used for demonstrations or trade shows, opened for inspection, or briefly opened to retrieve or verify parts that were subsequently replaced.

Open Box items are offered at a discount and may show signs of handling, display, assembly, packaging wear, or other cosmetic differences. Unless otherwise stated, Open Box items are represented as functional at the time of sale.

Warranty Coverage

• Open Box items may be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage when applicable.
• Your invoice from Innovative Solutions CRTE, Inc. serves as proof of purchase.
• Warranty eligibility, warranty start date, and coverage details may depend on the manufacturer, product type, and specific item listing.

Identification and Representation

• Open Box items may be listed within a designated Open Box section or identified on a quote, invoice, product page, or written proposal.
• Photos, videos, written descriptions, and condition notes may be used to represent the item.
• Customers should review all item details and ask questions before purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping charges may be added to the listed Open Box price.
• Assembled or oversized items may require palletizing and LTL freight shipment.
• Local delivery arrangements may be available in select areas when scheduled and approved by CRTE.

Combining with Other Purchases

Customers may combine Open Box items with new equipment, accessories, consumables, or other related products when available. Our team can assist with quoting accessories, shipping, and insurance options tailored to the order.

Sales Finality

Due to the discounted and item-specific nature of Open Box merchandise, Open Box sales may be final. Please review all product details carefully and contact our team with any questions before purchase.

Warranty and Product Support

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided by the product manufacturer and may vary by brand, product type, serial number, purchase date, usage, registration requirements, and manufacturer policy.

Innovative Solutions CRTE, Inc. may assist customers with warranty communication, troubleshooting, parts replacement, product support, service coordination, or warranty claim guidance when applicable. Warranty support does not guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a claim or cover all costs.

Misuse, improper installation, electrical issues, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, physical damage, consumable wear, software expiration, freight damage, or use outside manufacturer guidelines may affect warranty eligibility.
