Induction heats the metal itself, fast and only where you aim it, with no open flame next to fuel lines, wiring, glass or interior trim. Body shops use it to free seized bolts and nuts, release bonded panels and glued trim, remove decals and molding, and for brazing.

We carry the GYS line: the portable GYSduction Auto (2,400 W) packs for everyday body shop work, the liquid-cooled Powerduction 37LG and 50LG, and the Powerduction 160LG (16 kW, 208-240 V 3-phase) for heavy structural and truck work. We also stock the full set of inductors: spiral, ring, flat-pad and focused-heat heads.

Power on site

The GYSduction Auto and 37LG run on single-phase shop power. The 160LG needs 208-240 V 3-phase.

The job decides the inductor

Ring and coil inductors wrap around bolts and nuts. Flat and spiral pads release glued panels and decals. A focused-heat tip works in tight spots.

Duty cycle

Liquid-cooled Powerduction units hold heat longer for production work. The GYSduction Auto suits shorter jobs around the shop.

Is induction safe near wiring and glass?

It's much safer than a torch because there's no flame, but the metal still gets hot. Protect nearby parts and follow the vehicle's repair procedure.

Can induction remove glued panels?

Yes. A flat or spiral inductor heats the panel enough to soften the adhesive so the panel can be peeled away.
