GYS 090284 G9 Arm Extension, 78 mm | For BP.LG, PTI Genius and PTI Genius Plus
This GYS 090284 extension adds 78mm of reach to the G9 spot-welding arm, letting the gun get into deeper panel repairs without repositioning the machine. It bolts straight into the standard G9 arm joint and holds the same clamping alignment as stock arm sections. Keep one on the shelf for the deep-reach jobs that come up on any given day.

G9 Arm Extension, 78mm — GYS 090284
Fits GYS G9 spot-welding arm on BP.LG / PTI Genius / PTI Genius Plus · GYS Ref. 090284
This 78mm extension lengthens the reach of the GYS G9 arm so the gun can get in on deeper panel and quarter-section repairs without repositioning the machine. It bolts into the standard G9 arm joint and keeps the same alignment and clamping force as the stock arm sections. Extended reach jobs go faster with the right length on hand instead of forcing a shorter arm into an awkward angle.
Why Keep This On The Shelf
- Deep-reach spot welding jobs come up often enough that a spare extension pays for itself
- 78mm is a specific, non-substitutable length — the wrong extension throws off the geometry
- Fits the G9 arm across BP.LG, PTI Genius, and PTI Genius Plus setups already on the floor
- A bent or damaged extension takes the whole arm out of service until it's replaced
