It ships as the RCCS3 EVO unit with a 75" monitor and a pair of self-centering clamps (13"–24") that attach directly to the tire for accurate positioning. It runs on TEXA IDC5 or newer software through an Axone tablet or a Windows-based laptop — neither is included, and this kit does not include a scan tool.
