Older BMWs carry a 20-pin diagnostic connector under the hood instead of the 16-pin OBD port. This TEXA adapter converts that 20-pin connection to OBD so your Navigator interface can plug in and IDC5 CAR can read faults, view live data and run service functions on those models. It is a small piece that saves a shop from turning away pre-OBD BMW work.
