The AM05 is TEXA's 4-pin cable for Mercury and Mariner Group marine engines. It plugs into the 3902358 marine main cable (AM01), and from there IDC5 MARINE reads the engine controller for faults, live parameters and the available service functions. Mercury and Mariner engines with the 2-pin connector use the AM04 instead. It is one of the cables supplied in the TEXA Marine Basic Cable Kit.
