This cable connects the TEXA eTRUCK remote-diagnostics device to Caterpillar (CAT) engines and vehicles through the CAT 14-pin diagnostic connector. eTRUCK stays on the vehicle and reports to the fleet platform, so there is no IDC5 licence or Navigator interface involved — the cable simply gives the device its link to the vehicle bus. Fit it when the vehicle in the fleet presents the CAT 14-pin connector. Vehicles with the 9-pin CAT connector use the sibling cable.
