u-i4s-2139 | Pro Spot Refurbished i4s Spot Welder | Reconditioned
One pre-owned Pro Spot i4s smart inverter spot welder, reconditioned in our own shop. This is the machine that reads the panel for you — correcting weld energy thousands of times a second so boron and advanced high-strength steel comes out consistent without a technician chasing settings. Display on the gun, WiFi software updates and weld-log export, and the high-pressure gun standard on this model. Inspected, serviced and weld-tested by CRTE technicians with fresh consumables throughout, the full factory standard equipment set, and the optional C-to-X adapter included. 208–240V three-phase, confirmed on this machine's data plate — see the photos.

Reconditioned Pre-Owned Pro Spot i4s Smart Spot Welder — i4s-2139
On a modern repair the panel decides the weld. Boron, martensitic, multi-layer advanced high-strength stacks — each one wants different energy, and guessing wrong is how a comeback starts. The i4s takes that judgement off the technician: adaptive auto-weld mode reads thickness, composition and resistance while the squeeze is happening and corrects weld energy thousands of times per second. What the shop gets is a repeatable weld from a tech who spent an hour learning the machine rather than a week.
This is Pro Spot's smart inverter resistance spot welder — the i4 platform with a processor and a network stack behind it. The gun carries its own display, so live feedback and parameter changes happen at the workpiece instead of back at the cart, and the high-pressure gun is standard equipment on this model. Arms stay water-cooled through a full 360 degrees of rotation and seat on a quick-connect docking system. Single-sided work runs off a library of 60-plus preset programs covering stitch welding, nail welding, carbon shrinking and dent pulling.
Being a connected machine matters more every year: WiFi software updates, onboard training and repair-procedure content, weld logs exported by email, and work orders assigned per technician — the documentation side that DRP and OEM-certified programs keep asking shops to produce. We don't distribute the i4s new. They reach us on trade, and serial i4s-2139 arrived on a dealership-group trade this summer. It did not go straight to the sales floor; it went across our service bench first, and it came off that bench inspected, serviced, weld-tested and carrying fresh consumables throughout. As a used purchase the i4s is a sensible machine to own — consumables are cheap and common, the arms hold their value, and the paperwork features are already built in.
