The AM15 is TEXA's cable for Yanmar marine engines. It plugs into the 3902358 marine main cable (AM01), and from there IDC5 MARINE reads the engine controller for faults, live parameters and the available service functions. The main cable carries the power feed, so this adapter stays short and simple. Yanmar engines on a CAN network use the AM33 cable with the AM01 CAN main cable instead.
