The T59 is TEXA's cable for trailer ABS systems that communicate over PLC (power-line carrier) through the OBD-II connector. It lets IDC5 TRUCK talk to the trailer ABS module by way of the OBD-II port, reading faults and live data without hunting for a separate connector on the trailer. Reach for it on PLC trailer ABS work. Power comes through the Truck & OHW supply kit.
