This cable connects the TEXA eTRUCK remote-diagnostics device to heavy-duty trucks through the OBD-Deutsch 9-pin diagnostic connector. eTRUCK stays on the vehicle and reports to the fleet platform, so there is no IDC5 licence or Navigator interface involved — the cable simply gives the device its link to the vehicle bus. Fit it when the vehicle in the fleet presents the OBD-Deutsch 9-pin connector. CAT and FPT engines have their own eTRUCK cables.
