Right Disc — PTI.G Double Sided Gun
Fits PTI.G Double Sided Gun · GYS Ref. 90981ST
This is the right-side disc on the GYS PTI.G Double Sided spot welding gun, part of the electrode assembly that clamps the panel and carries weld current on the right arm. It's classified as an abrasive/consumable wear item on the record, taking direct mechanical and electrical contact on every weld cycle. Swapping a worn disc keeps weld quality and clamping pressure consistent on the right side of the gun.
Why Keep This On The Shelf
- Takes direct contact on every weld — wears with cycle count
- Uneven or worn discs can throw off clamping pressure and weld consistency
- Right-side specific part — confirm side before ordering
- Keeps a Double Sided Gun in service without waiting on parts
