Perkins and Caterpillar share a lot of engine electronics, and a good number of those engines carry a 9-pin diagnostic connector instead of the larger 14-pin machine plug. The T38 is the TEXA cable for that 9-pin socket. It puts the engine controller on your Navigator interface so IDC5 OFF-HIGHWAY can read faults, view live data and run engine service functions. It powers through the Truck & OHW supply and adapter kit.
