The AM01 CAN is the CAN-bus version of the TEXA marine main cable. It runs from your TEXA interface to the engine-specific adapter cable and is the required first link for the CAN cables in the marine range: Volvo Penta EGC-EVC (AM18), Yanmar CAN (AM33) and the universal cable (AM10). With it in place IDC5 MARINE talks to CAN-based marine engines the same way the standard AM01 handles the older serial cables.
