Finance at our buy-it-now price, or finance at MSRP and still receive the 20% cash back. Your choice.

On this build the package nets $1,241.58 less than buying the same pieces now. Freight is extra on every path. New Jersey deliveries also pay NJ sales tax (see Questions).

Paid to your business
The check or card goes to the business that bought the package. It works like a discount on the purchase, so there's no 1099.
Paid to an individual
The cash back can go to a person instead. Before we pay, we need a completed W-9 from them, and we issue them a 1099 for the amount.
Finance it and still get your cash back
You can finance the package two ways: at our buy-it-now price, or at MSRP. Finance at MSRP and you still receive the full 20% cash back, 90 days after the finance company funds the deal.

Freight is the only thing we add
Every online order ships LTL freight, palletized and covered by the carrier's standard liability. We work through a freight broker and pick the carrier that makes the most sense for your location, not just the cheapest. Supplemental insurance is available to cover your shipment up to its full MSRP value. Cash back is figured on the equipment's MSRP, not on freight.
Common questions
Does buying at your buy-it-now price earn cash back?
No. Cash back is for packages bought at GYS MSRP, whether you pay in full or finance at MSRP.
Can I finance and still get the cash back?
Yes. Finance the package at MSRP and you receive the full 20%. The 90 days start when the finance company funds the deal.
How do I get 25% instead of 20%?
Build a package that totals $40,000 or more at GYS MSRP (equipment only, not freight or tax) and order it by December 31, 2026. The package builder shows how close you are.
When exactly do I get paid?
90 days after your order is paid in full and delivered, or 90 days after the finance company funds the deal if you finance or lease.
Can the cash back go to me personally?
Yes. We'll need a W-9 from you first, and we issue a 1099 for the amount. Paid to the business, there's no 1099.
How is it paid?
By check or card, to the business or person you name.
Do I pay sales tax?
Shipping to New Jersey: yes. NJ sales tax is charged on your invoice. On a cash-back package, that means on the MSRP you pay, not on your net after cash back.
Shipping anywhere else in the US: at this time we don't collect sales tax. That can change at any time. Your state may expect you to report use tax on your own, so check with your accountant.
What support comes with a package?
One year of support at no charge. If we have a service partner in your area, they cover you locally. If not, you get remote support from a CRTE technician.
What makes a package qualify?
The package must be bought complete at GYS MSRP, in one order. Your rep confirms that your build qualifies on your quote.
