SEMA 2025 while clearly lacking the volume of attendees it usually brings, delivered another high-energy year for the collision repair and automotive diagnostics community. The Collision Repair Tools and Equipment (CRTE) showcased rapid change across the industry — from OEM certification standards, to EV repair methodology, to the evolving skillset required of today’s technicians.
The message to shop owners was clear:
To stay competitive, the modern repair facility must excel in both structural repair and electronic diagnostics / calibration workflows.
