Why the Paperwork?

Like transferring a title, software requires authorization.

TEXA is a massive, highly secure global operation. Engineered in Italy with US headquarters right here in Edison, New Jersey, they maintain absolute control over their software ecosystem to protect your shop's data and licenses.

TEXA does not sell direct to the end-user. They operate strictly through authorized distributors. Because your current diagnostic software and subscription are registered under another company's umbrella, we can't simply log in and start quoting you renewals or pushing updates.

To take over your software support, TEXA requires a signed release. It’s like changing your primary care doctor—we need your official permission on file before TEXA will hand over the keys to your account.

Complete the required shop information, including your tool's serial number, and sign the document.

Send the completed form to sales@innovativecrte.com. We will submit it directly to TEXA in Edison, NJ and handle the rest.
